The Registered Manager at BHLC Ltd is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, person-centred supported living services. They ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, maintain robust safeguarding practices, and empower staff to deliver compassionate, outcomes-focused care. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the Registered Manager plays a key role in shaping a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for both service users and team members.
Our Senior Support Workers are the bridge between frontline care and empowered living. Each brings specialized experience in autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and positive behaviour support (PBS). From coordinating daily routines to responding to crises with calm expertise, they champion each service user's independence, growth, and well-being.
